Befriending the Water Tiger: A Six Week Qi-Gong Practice Series

All life is energy or Qi (pronounced chee) Qigong is an ancient practice of energy awareness and movement.

This is the year of the Water Tiger. Powerful energies for change and resilience.

We are collectively experiencing the spaces of uncertainty and the fierce forces in the world. It’s a natural response to feel these energies and become triggered by emotions that can imbalance our mind, body, and spirit.

To befriend these power influences, we must calm the mind and connect deeply within.

This process unveils our true nature born of action and tranquility.

This series is offered to enhance authentic Qi awareness and create more ease, spaciousness, fluidity, and resilience in our way of being.

Please Join us in the internal exploration of personal Qi. Learn simple practices to enhance your overall wellbeing. Develop a self-care routine with movement, breath, self-massage, and mindful intention.
