Beginner Tai Chi with Sarah

Learn deceptively simple movements combined with breath and mental focus that will take you to a new place of well-being. There are numerous forms of tai chi, most are challenging to learn. The Tai Chi for Diabetes program is easy to learn and contains adaptations for people with chronic disabilities. At the same time, the depth is there if you want to challenge yourself.

Sarah Birger has been teaching tai chi since 2004 and is certified by Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health Institute of Sydney, Australia.

$20 per class or $220 per series (which makes 5 classes FREE.)
