Join us for a transformative healing journey into sacred sound and ceremony that will activate your mind, body and spirit making way for new beginnings in the New Year.

Our journey will begin with a heart opening cacao ceremony where we will set a safe and sacred space, honoring the cacao spirit and humbly asking for our intentions to be heard. Ceremonial cacao is used to gently touch your heart and guide you into an inner journey deep into the emotional center of our body - Anahata, our Heart Center.

Then gently move into Shavasana for guided meditation and a deeply immersive sound healing experience that leads participants on a journey of self-discovery. Gail will embrace you with the gentle yet powerful vibrations and tones of crystal alchemy and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments to nurture your mind and body, leaving you feeling renewed, rejuvenated, and in bliss.

We end with a moment of silence to rest and let you listen deeply to your inner self and reflect on what you would like to release and change in your life and what you would like to manifest in the New Year. Observe what arises inside of you and take time to journal the answer.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, journal, and any other cozy comforts for your healing journey.
