Embodied Flow | Mindful Hatha Yoga and Somatic Practice

Join Jess Jarris, Somatic Psychotherapist and Yoga Therapist, for an all levels mindful hatha yoga class that focuses on developing deep embodied awareness. Each class combines gentle and active postures, breath awareness, mindfulness and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation.
