🌲FREE Community PRANAYAMA-Yogic Breathing Techniques

FREE community class this Sunday at 11am: One of the most frequent bits of feedback I receive is about the breath component of our classes. By paying attention to our breath, so many of us discover how little we utilize this tool for our nervous system, just how shallow most of our breathing is and how great it feels to engage with deep, full breath. In our classes, we use breath to bring us to the present moment and into our bodies. On Sunday, we'll explore six or seven different types of Pranayama (yogic breathing) and discuss their benefits. As it's often tricky to incorporate the depth of this teaching into our weekly classes, this workshop will provide a great opportunity for a deep dive - you'll walk away with new tools that you can choose to explore during your practice!
