The instructors are experienced and skilled, and exercises have been tested with seniors.

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance, and fitness program for adults 65 and older.
Performing exercises that improve strength, balance, and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the SAIL program can help improves strength and balance, if done regularly.

All instructors are SAIL Certified Instructors!

*$5.00-pay-per-class-fee for those who prefer to pay as they go.  Please remember to bring your payment to each class you attend (cash, check made out to LLPT or card). 

*If you prefer to pay ahead of time, you can purchase a class punch card!  Each participant can load their card in $5.00 increments up to $120.00 at a time, that can be used over a 6 month period (cash, check made out to LLPT or card).  Your punch card will be kept at the Soundview Center (so you don't have to remember to bring it to class!).
