Free Community Core Conditioning with Chizue

A Pilates-based workout focusing on core strength, balance and flexibility.This session incorprates the use of a mini ball, flex bands and hand weights-participants should bring their own weights, a lighter pair and a heavier pair. All ages and skill levels are welcome.

Chizue is offering this class as a free community class through the Roots of Wellness program of Healing Circles Langley. This class is open to all regardless of ability to pay, dontaions gratefully accepted.
