Meaningful Movement Dance & Yoga: Creative Dance for All

Children, parents, extended family members, neighbors and friends will enjoy interacting, moving and bonding through fun, energizing, brain building movement that encourages creativity and collaboration. This class is for all ages and abilities and will include the Brain Dance, explorations of concepts found in dance, moving with props, folk dances, shape games, and more!

Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult. Please register prior to class, if possible, by emailing info@meaningfulmovement.biz. Registration forms will be available onsite. Please arrive a few minutes prior to class if filling them out in person.
