You’ll be stronger, have better balance, feel better and this will help you stay independent, active and prevent falls.

The instructors are experienced and skilled, and exercises have been tested with seniors.

You’ll meet other seniors and make new friends!

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance, and fitness program for adults 65 and older.
Performing exercises that improve strength, balance, and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the SAIL program can help improves strength and balance, if done regularly.

All instructors are SAIL Certified Instructors!

The cost of this program is $40.00 a month due at the first class attended each month or $30 for a 6 class punch card.
