Our journey will begin with a heart opening cacao ceremony where we will set a safe and sacred space, honoring the cacao spirit and humbly asking for our intentions to be heard. Then gently move into Shavasana or sit for guided meditation and a deeply immersive sound healing experience. Gail will embrace you with the gentle yet powerful vibrations and tones of crystalline and Tibetan singing bowls, leaving you feeling renewed, rejuvenated, and in pure embodied bliss. We end with a moment of silence to rest and let you listen deeply to your inner self and reflect on what you would like to release and change in your life and what you would like to manifest in the New Year. Observe what arises inside and take time to journal your answer.
